Operations Director

Operations Director, Marcus Baghurst joined bennettbrooks in 2008 and has since been instrumental in the practice wide adoption of key accounting technologies. Marcus has been the Qualified Person Responsible for Training, the Audit Compliance Principle and RI, and has supported the Corporate Finance function with financial modelling and consultancy. He has also headed up our Corporate Services team, delivering accountancy services to businesses ranging between £1M to £10M in turnover. 

Since becoming Operations Director in 2022, Marcus now focuses on the overall operation of the business, spending his time working with the local directors in each of our offices across the North West and North Wales to integrate new acquisitions and ensure consistency with our strategic aims. 

When Marcus is not at work, you can find him mountain biking, walking, camping, and generally just getting muddy with his children.
