What’s in it for you?

Generous annual leave with the opportunity to buy or sell additional holidays. Enhanced pension contributions and death in service benefit. Our flexible working policy provides the ability to balance your work and life commitments.

All employees have access to our 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) a confidential employee benefit designed to help individuals deal with personal and professional problems that could be affecting their home or work life, health, and general wellbeing.

We offer hybrid working and ensure our office environments are great places to work. We use the latest equipment, have in-house IT support, and offer free refreshments including hot and cold drinks and fresh fruit.

We offer our people opportunities that empower, inspire, and motivate them. Our volunteer programme gives everyone paid time to give back to the local community by taking part in an activity that is meaningful to them.

In addition, we hold a staff conference annually which provides our teams with information on business performance, the goals for the future as well as the chance to celebrate our successes. Regular fundraising events, and team and office social’s also take place throughout the year.

Joining the B Corp Community

We care about our clients, our people, our communities and the environment.  We are working towards obtaining B Corp accreditation. Our aim is for bennettbrooks to employ socially and environmentally responsible practices relating to our energy supply, waste and water use, diversity, and corporate transparency.
On our journey to B Corp we have installed Solar Panels to a number of our offices, are reducing our IT Servers and making the change to cloud based technology to lower our Carbon emissions. We employ environmentally friendly solutions for our commercial waste and recycling and have started to install electric car charging points at some sites.
