The Chester and North Wales Society held their annual dinner at The Chester Grosvenor Hotel recently. George Wood, Client Director in the Audit team at bennettbrooks, has held the role of Chair for a 2 year term during 2021 and 2022 . He hands over to Mike Thomas at the AGM in May and we are delighted that the bennettbrooks connection with the Society continues as Mike, for a number of years, was a member of the bennettbrooks team, prior to working in industry. He is currently Group Finance Director at Ellison in Wrexham.
Bennettbrooks have long been advocates of the Institute and the amazing opportunities that it offers its members.
The glittering celebration had a very special after dinner speaker, Former Wales Rugby Union Captain Ryan Jones MBE, who received his honour for services to Rugby and his many and varied charitable fundraising activities in Wales.
