On Monday 26th June, members of the bennettbrooks team from across 8 office locations, arrived at Alton Towers Resort for the businesses annual staff conference. The day started with a morning of presentations delivered information including business strategy and exciting growth plans, a focus on embracing new technology, continuing investment in staff training and development, creating a culture of life-long learners, process improvements, the development of bennettbrooks Graduate Academy, recruitment plans to continue to build on exceptional service to clients, investments in business premises and infrastructure and employee rewards.
Each year (pre-pandemic) we have held a staff conference for all our employees.
