Technical Director (Trust and Estates)

Graham Bevan is a Technical Director in the Trust and Estates team at bennettbrooks and a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is a former Chairman of the STEP Liverpool Branch and a member of the North West STEP Committee. With extensive experience in trust and estate administration and tax planning, Graham provides clear, practical advice to help clients navigate complex trust and estate matters with confidence.

Graham began his career with Barclays Bank Trust Company in Liverpool and Northwich, then subsequently HSBC Probate Services in Sheffield. After “learning his trade” and gaining expertise in the world of trusts and estates, he has, over the years, worked within leading accountancy practices, including Rathbones and Grant Thornton, advising on intricate trust and estate issues and broadening his knowledge across the wider private client arena before moving to bennettbrooks.

At bennettbrooks, Graham specialises in supporting individuals, families, and fellow professionals with a wide range of trust and estate matters, succession planning, and tailored Inheritance Tax advice. Combining deep technical knowledge with a calm, approachable style, Graham ensures clients receive clear guidance on sensitive and often complex issues.
