Graduate Training Programme Intake 2025
Through continuing growth and the expansion of our business, we welcomed our latest intake of graduates at bennettbrooks this month at the start of their journey on our graduate training programme to become qualified chartered accountants.
Our new starters join our Graduate Academy, which provides a supportive learning environment with a hybrid approach to training and development including College study, on the job training, 1:1 coaching and soft skills training.
Many of our team started their careers as graduates and are still employed by the business many years later. A key part of our culture is to support young professionals in their career development, offering opportunities for growth within the company.
Director and QPRT (Qualified Person Responsible for Training) George Wood: “We continue to invest in our Graduate Training programme each year and everyone plays a part in supporting and guiding our trainees to become the next generation of Chartered Accountants. Our comprehensive graduate training programme has been developed to provide first class technical training and opportunities to develop soft skills, and we look forward to seeing how our trainees progress over the coming months and years.”
